Option A: Resident
US$ 24,500 per month made up of:
US$ 16,200 base service fee per month
US$ 2,000 type rating allowance
US$ 800 base allowance
US$ 2,000 housing allowance
US$ 500 ticketing allowance
US$ 1,000 transportation allowance
US$ 2,000 bonus (US$12,000 paid every six months)
PLUS:  US$300 per hour over 960 hours per year
Option B: 8 days off per month
US$ 22,000 per month made up of:
US$ 16,700 base service fee per month
US$ 1,000 type rating allowance
US$ 800 base allowance
US$ 500 transportation allowance
US$ 500 ticketing allowance
US$ 1,000 housing allowance
US$ 1,500 bonus (US$9,000 paid every six months)
PLUS:  US$250 per hour over 780 hours per year
Option C: 11 days off per month
US$ 20,500 per month made up of:
US$ 15,200 base service fee per month
US$ 1,000 type rating allowance
US$ 1,000 housing allowance (RMB5,000 per month)
US$ 800 base allowance

Option D: 4 weeks on, 4 weeks off

Minimum Requirements

• Less than 55 years of age at the start of the assignment
• Valid ATPL in type
• Valid Category I Instrument Landing Rating
• Valid Class I Medical
• English proficient
• No history of incidents or accidents
• No criminal records
• 3,000 hours TT and 500 hours PIC in type
• Current in type within 6 months
