• Management of projects with a focus on electrical engineering on behalf of the client (m/f/d) as well as carrying out client tasks in collaboration with project management
• Management and monitoring of the property and specialist planners, project managers (m/f/d) and other participants during construction with regard to deadlines, quality and costs to be adhered to
• Coordination of content with other partial construction measures with regard to interfaces, preliminary work and other dependencies as well as plausibility and checking of the specifications of third parties (planners/project controllers (m/f/d)) as part of quality assurance
• Development of scenarios and early countermeasures in the event of target threats
• Ensuring that all necessary permits, approvals and acceptances are obtained in a timely manner

Your profile: 

• Completed technical/university degree in technical engineering with appropriate experience as a project manager (m/f/d) in construction project management or master (m/f/d) in electrical engineering with appropriate professional experience in the field of electrical engineering
• Experience with tenders and awarding of planning and construction services as well as good knowledge of procurement law (VOB, VOL, HOAI, AHO, SektVO)
• Good knowledge of technical regulations (DIN, EN, VdS, VDE, VDI) and other regulations as well as project management, planning and tendering tools (MS Office, MS Project, Arriba/iTwo) and approval procedures according to HOB
• Leadership competence in the technical management of external planners and project managers (m/f/d), especially in the context of complex large-scale projects
• Analytical, strategic and structured way of working to independently process complex issues
