Baker Aviation, an ARGUS Platinum and ISBAO certified Charter/Management company that specializes in high end private aircraft travel, is seeking customer service driven pilots to join our team! This role works as crew lead for both domestic and international flights to provide a safe and luxurious experience for Baker Aviation passengers/clients.

This role works as crew lead for both domestic and international flights to provide a safe and luxurious experience for Baker Aviation passengers/clients.
Responsible as the Pilot-in-Command on all flights. Performs all duties and any other specific duties assigned. Maintains a high degree of crew coordination, performing duties in a professional, efficient, and cordial manner at all times. Responsible to the Chief Pilot for duty assignments and training. Greets the passengers and assists with passenger seating and luggage storage. Conducts passenger briefings. Assists with emergency evacuations. Adheres to the duties and responsibilities outlined in the General Operations Manual and AFM. Maintains a current medical certificate as required by the Company and notifies the Chief Pilot if a medical (physical or mental) condition may impair their ability to perform the flight. 
Job Requirements:
Candidates must meet the following requirements:
- ATP and LR-45 type rating required (250 hours time in Type preferred)
- Local Dallas/Fort Worth residents only
- At least 3,000 hours total time
- 1000 hours Pilot In Command time
- 1000 hours Multi-Engine Land time
- 500 hours Multi-Engine Turbine time
- 250 hours Instrument time
- 1st Class Medical
- Valid Passport
Ability to obtain CANPASS
Previous experience in Part 135/91 or corporate aircraft
Applicants must possess the legal right to work in the United States and have the ability to travel in and out of the US and to all cities/countries where Baker Aviation serves. Ability to work weekends, nights, shifts, holidays and overnight trips. Employment is predicated on successful completion of Initial/Recurrent Training in the appropriate aircraft
