Excellent leadership and communication skills are required – we want to be seen and heard and we all have a part to play. With excellent conditions to upgrade from First Officer to Captain. PRIMARY QUALIFICATONS:
- Hold a valid Canadian ATPL and CAT 1 medical
- Hold a valid Canadian passport or necessary visa to work in Canada
- Ability to obtain RAIC (Restricted Area Identity Card)
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Airbus experience
- Recent relevant line experience on Airbus 320 family (or A320/A330/A340)
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of Canadian Aviation Regulations (CAR)
- Previous training and checking experience
- Willingness to be flexible and assist with initial company operations
- Excellent CRM skills
- Safety orientated with a thorough understanding of SMS
