China Express Airlines is adding 30 CRJ900 Airlines and is currently hiring both male and female Captains.
Compensation (net amount received by pilot):
Option A (60 days off per year)
$16,020 – $20,311 USD per month made up of:
+$15,000 USD base service fee per month
+$250 USD Travel reimbursement (paid $3,000 USD per year)
+$770 USD Housing allowance (paid RMB5,000 per month)
+$1,250 USD Loyalty bonus – Upon 900 hours per year ($15,000 USD/year)
+$1,833 USD Loyalty bonus – Upon 950 hours per year ($22,000 USD/year)
+$1,250 USD Safety bonus – Upon 900 hours per year ($15,000 USD/year)
+$1,833 USD Safety bonus – Upon 950 hours per year ($22,000 USD/year)
+ Plus $150 USD per block hour over 901 hours/year
+ Plus $7,500 USD upon reaching 950 hours/year
Option B (4 weeks on, 4 weeks off)
$12,750 – $19,541 USD per month made up of:
+$11,500 USD base service fee per month
+$1,250 USD Travel allowance (paid $15,000 USD per year)
+$0 USD Housing allowance (hotel accommodation provided)
+$417 USD Loyalty bonus – Upon 700 hours per year ($5,000 USD/year)
+$708 USD Loyalty bonus – Upon 800 hours per year ($8,500 USD/year)
+$1,250 USD Loyalty bonus – Upon 900 hours per year ($15,000 USD/year)
+$1,833 USD Loyalty bonus – Upon 950 hours per year ($22,000 USD/year)
+$417 USD Safety bonus – Upon 700 hours per year ($5,000 USD/year)
+$708 USD Safety bonus – Upon 800 hours per year ($8,500 USD/year)
+$1,250 USD Safety bonus – Upon 900 hours per year ($15,000 USD/year)
+$1,833 USD Safety bonus – Upon 950 hours per year ($22,000 USD/year)
+ Plus $150 USD per block hour over 701 hours/year
+ Plus $7,500 USD upon reaching 750 hours/year
+ Plus $15,000 USD upon reaching 800 hours/year
+ Plus $22,500 USD upon reaching 850 hours/year
+ Plus $30,000 USD upon reaching 900 hours/year
+ Plus $37,500 USD upon reaching 950 hours/year
Note 1: Start date to line check training – $6,000 USD per month
Travel
- Company travel and accommodations paid in full
- The Pilot can take any China Express Airlines flight as crewmember according with approval
Sick Leave
- Ten days of sick leave during a consecutive 12 months
- Eight days of sick leave during a consecutive 12 months for 4 weeks on, 4 weeks off
Insurance
- China Express Airlines will provide employer liability insurance for the Pilot
- VOR Holdings will provide personal accident insurance
- Group International medical, prescription and dental insurance available that protects your family anywhere in the world
- Group loss of license insurance available
Interview and examinations
- China Express Airlines will reimburse costs during the interview regardless of the results
- Interviews in Chongqing, China
Minimum Requirements
- Citizen of a country with diplomatic relations with the People’s Republic of China
- Less than 55 years old at start of employment
- Airline Transport Pilot License with CL-65 type rating issued by an ICAO country
- Valid Class I Medical
- Valid passport
- English proficient ICAO level 4 or greater
- No accidents or incidents
- No criminal record
- >500 hours PIC in the CRJ200/700/900/1000
- Currency – Must be current within 12 months
Term of Contract – Three years (renewable)
