The Assistant Operations Team Manager is responsible for managing a group of coordinators, leads and supervisors dedicated to a group of hospitals. The Assistant Operations Manager will own their assigned hospital processes and Coordinator performance and will actively participate in meetings and calls with designated hospitals and manage the changes with the assigned Coordinators. The Assistant Operations Team Manager will support the Transfer Center Operations Manager with daily administrative functions.
