    Job Summary

    Due to continued growth ZERO-G/Everts Air Cargo has openings for Lower 48 Based First Officers with good flying skills and a strong work ethic.  Preference will be given to current and qualified B-727 pilots. 

     
    The ZERO-G Team is composed of highly talented home-based crews. The company is expanding rapidly, and our work environment is dynamic and fast-paced. We are passionate about our unique product, and our team are experts in the industry.
     
    The First Officer role at ZERO-G is ideal for a pilot who wants more than the standard flight job. This unique position requires hand flying a modified Boeing 727-200 through a series of aerobatic maneuvers called parabolic arcs. These parabolic arcs lead to positive and negative G loads that the pilot must maintain for extended periods of time. The Flight Officer position requires a high level of focus, spatial awareness, physical coordination, and physical strength.

    Required/Preferred Experience, Education & Skills
    • Qualified to fly for a Part 121 air carrier
    • Unrestricted FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate with airplane multiengine class rating
    • Current FAA first-class medical certificate
    • FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit
    • A minimum of 5,000 hours of total time
    • A minimum of 3,000 hours of fixed-wing turbojet time
    • A minimum of 100 hours of flight time in a turbine-powered aircraft with an MTOW of 80,000 lbs. or greater within the last 12 months
    • Extensive hand flying experience
    • U.S. Citizenship
    • Current, valid U.S. Passport
    • Exceptional spatial and situational awareness
    • Very low susceptibility to motion sickness
