  • You are a passionate host and are always willing to go the extra mile
  • You are a travel expert, are familiar with our travel destinations and have a high motivation to exchange tips and recommendations

  • You are very patient and willing to explain all procedures on board to ensure safe and smooth flight operations
  • You value continuous and personal development through the use of your own offers as well as company offers
  • You have a caring mindset and provide first aid when needed
  • Selling on board is an integral part of your service mentality

Requirements

  • You share our passion for excellent customer service
  • You have experience as a host, in sales/service or simply have a natural talent for putting a smile on people's faces
  • You enjoy getting involved and developing your skills
  • Completed school education (intermediate school leaving certificate or high school diploma preferred)
  • Experience in the hotel/hospitality industry would be an advantage
  • Unrestricted European passport
  • Possibility to reach the deployment location within 60 minutes if on call
  • Strong service orientation
  • Self-confident and well-groomed appearance
  • Outstanding team and social skills
  • Very good general health and able to swim
  • Fluent language skills in German and English (spoken and written), other languages ​​preferred
  • Valid Cabin Crew Attestation (CCA) according to EASA regulations (Part CC)
  • Affinity for dealing with media
  • Internet access
  • Willingness to be vaccinated against Covid 19 and yellow fever
