Who we are looking for

To be considered for the role of Captain, you’ll need to meet the following minimum requirements:

• Type Rated on A318-A321, endorsed within the last 12 months, last flight preferably within the last 6 months
• At least 5000 hours total flying time and minimum 1500 hours in command on a modern (EFIS), multi crew, multi engine jet aircraft over 55 tons maximum takeoff weight
• Maldivian CAA ATPL (A) or foreign license acceptable to MCAA
• Advanced UPRT Training 
• ETOPS experience is advantageous
• Good oral and written command of English language (min. ICAO-Language Proficiency Level 4)
• Medical Class I
• Negative drug test
• Valid Maldivian security background check
• Eligible to obtain residency and work permit for Maldives
• Unrestricted validity of passport
• Willingness to be vaccinated against COVID-19
• Willingness to relocate to Malé, Maldives
