Compensation (net amount received by pilot):
Resident, 84 days of annual leave
Up to $28,000 USD per month made up of:
+$2,000 USD base service fee per month
+$500 USD housing allowance
+$500 USD transport allowance
+Plus $250 USD per hour for flight hour (20 hours per month guaranteed)
Sick Leave
- 8 days of sick leave per year
Uniforms
- CUA will provide the uniforms to be worn on duty
- All uniforms shall be returned to CUA at the end of the assignment
Manuals and Pilot Supplies
- CUA shall provide all necessary applicable manuals and other supplies to the pilot
- All manuals and supplies shall be returned to CUA at the end of the assignment
Work Permit
- CUA will pay the costs and obtain all work permits and related documents necessary for the pilot perform his or her duties in China
- VOR Holdings Special
VOR Holdings local support staff
Insurance
- VOR Holdings will provide personal accident insurance
Minimum Requirements
- Citizen of a country with diplomatic relations with the People’s Republic of China
- Less than 56 years of age
- Airline Transport Pilots License with B737NG type rating issued by an ICAO country
- Valid Class Ⅰ Medical
- English proficient
- No accidents
- No criminal record
- 3,500 hours TT and >500 hours PIC in type
Term of Contract
Three years (renewable)
