Red Wing Aviation is an on-demand §135 charter operator with over 25 years history operating Citation 500 series jet aircraft (specifically CE-560 Ultra and V). As our fleet expands, they are seeking additional training staff to support flight operations as well as play a significant role in expanding the training department. With new buildings and a Level-D simulator in-house, this position will support the Director of Training in maintaining and expanding training services.
The position is based in Bay City, WI, one-hour south of Minneapolis, MN.
Required skills
- Citation Ultra Type Rating: YES.
- Languages: English
- Ground instructor certification and/or flight instructor certification;
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills;
- Strong public/classroom speaking skills/experience;
- Professional behaviour;
- The unrestricted right to live and work in the US;
- Computer, mobile app and technology proficiency.

The ideal candidate will, possess a good demeanour, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, be self-starting during the course of individual work, and enjoy the opportunity to work in a team environment.
