Above & Beyond Tasmania are seeking a personable, presentable and experienced seaplane pilot to be based in Hobart on a full time basis.

Tasmania’s only seaplane operation, based in the heart of Hobarts iconic waterfront offering a number of scenic flights, custom charters and luxury transfers.

Above & Beyond Tasmania are providing the rare opportunity for an experienced pilot to join our small and professional team. Suitable applicant would be required to work within a small team environment with a positive/can do attitude.

Required skills

• DHC-2 Beaver Type Rating: YES.
• Languages: English

• CASA CPL;
• CASA Class 1 flight crew medical certificate;
• The unrestricted right to live and work in Australia;
• 1000 hours of total flying experience;
• 250 hours of total flying experience on type;
• Amphibious experience required;
• Current AU ASIC;
• Current DG certificate.

Desired skills

• 1000 hours on type;
• 800 water landings;
• Previous experience in tourism and charter operations;
• Previous experience in a Chief Pilot role;
• Australian Citizen or Resident;
• C208B experience.
