Captain Pay
- Starting Pay: $70.81 per flight hour
- Per Diem: $1.90
- 100% Cancellation Pay
- Minimum Guarantee: 75 hours per month
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 23 years old
- FAA Multi-Engine Airline Transport Pilot's Certificate
- Minimum Flight Experience:
- 1,750 hours, of which 100% must be fixed wing​
- 1,000 hours multi-engine time
- 1,000 hours air carrier experience
- 1,000 hours turbine time

Carryover longevity from another carrier at a rate of 1:1 (for example, a pilot with four years of experience at another carrier would start at GoJet with four years of longevity)
