Our network consists of more than 100 connections, including direct long haul flights from Warsaw and Budapest to USA, Canada and Asia.

OUR OFFER IS ADDRESSED TO PILOTS FULFILLING REQUIREMENTS GIVEN BELOW:

  • minimum 3000 hours total flight time experience on planes
  • minimum 1000 hours as multicrew PIC for TYPE NON-RATED or minimum 750 hours as multi crew PIC, including 500 hours for TYPE RATED
  • valid EASA PART FCL CPL(A), ATPL(A) license valid EASA PART FCL CPL(A), ATPL(A) license
    or
  • DHC8 TR (last flight within the last 6 months on the type)
  • PBN validation
  • UPRT ADVANCED validation
  • English Language Proficiency ICAO Level 5
  • valid EU (Part – MED) issued Class 1 medical certificate
  • unrestricted right to live and work in European Union

We are looking mostly for pilots, willing to bond on long term with LOT and benefit from an extensive career varieties on different types of planes. For pilots, who would like to stay with us even longer, we offer an unique increasing compensation scheme, as the time and experience grow.

We offer a stable, monthly published roster, which is published in 2 weeks advance. What is more, according solely to your preference.

We are not charging our future pilots with Type Rating costs – if only You satisfy our minimum requirements, including aviation knowledge and type of personality, You can be sure that we would like to start working with You and present our offer.

The selection process usually takes a few days and is finished with a feedback, including decision taken by the recruitment team and the date of expected start of training.
