Resource requirement is for Field Engineer - System engineer who covering Network, CUTE, CUSS, BRS, BagMessage and BagFast - hands and legs of Rambo and Raj - 1st local contact point of all technical request (no necessarily to resolve all problem by himself but ensure we have a technical to receive and understand the queries) - local coordination with airlines, GHA and 3rd party suppliers - support ORAT testing with IE - lead the rollout and client equipment installation - learn from the IE as part of the handover to operation - conduct local end user training (if needed)
