Description

Enjoyable flying from attractive regional UK bases Loganair offers truly unique flying opportunities throughout a diverse route network ranging from regular business commuter links between European destinations, to vital lifeline services operated to the Highlands and Islands - including the iconic beach landing at Barra and the World’s shortest scheduled commercial flight between Westray and Papa Westray. The Loganair fleet currently consists of 47 aircraft – Embraer 135/145, Saab 340/2000, Twin Otters and BN2 Islanders, with each having its own special place in our airline. We will shortly be introducing ATR aircraft, replacing the Saabs, and applications are invited from type rated Captains and First Officers.

FIRST OFFICERS

In addition, we are looking for experienced First Officers to join the team, particularly those looking for early command opportunities. Ideally candidates should have around 750 hours flying experience and within that around 500 hours experience on a JAR -25 certified aircraft. We’ll provide a type rating (under a traditional bond or loan arrangement, depending on experience); or alternatively, if you join with a valid rating on one of our aircraft types, we would be pleased to discuss arrangements to help you make the transition to us. All applicants must hold a valid EASA Licence, a Class 1 Medical, have the right to live and work in the UK and be able to hold an airside ID. Loganair maintains excellent safety and training standards and has a strong focus on the regional communities that we serve. If you’re customer focused, interested in joining us and meet the above criteria, we look forward to hearing from you. An excellent package is on offer and will be tailored to meet the experience and skills of the applicant. We look forward to hearing from you.
