We are looking for a Flight operation officer / coordinator for a private operation based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Candidate profile:

Meticulous, responsible aviation enthusiast, who ensures that flights are handled from A to Z in the safest and most efficient way and has excellent communication skills and team spirit.

Tasks and responsibilities:

To ensure the day-to-day running of the company flight operations

To be in-charge of monitoring flight schedules and movement messages.

To communicate changes in flight schedules to flight crew and passengers

To follow safety and security standards and reports any breaches.

To verify if requirements are met by the crew in terms of route, area, and aerodrome knowledge for the planned flights.

To ensure that the necessary handling requests and airport slots are coordinated and confirmed to carry out the flight.

To certify that all necessary diplomatic and over-flight clearances are obtained to carry out the flight.

Skills requirements:

A comprehensive knowledge of flight operational requirements and procedures.

The AOC holder's operations specifications.

Knowledge of management systems.

A good command of Word and Excel.

Fluent in written and spoken English.
