Paradise Jets, a growing luxury aviation company based in Scottsdale, AZ, is seeking a Legacy 600 CAPTAIN located in the Dallas/Fort Worth metro area who is systems-driven, service-focused, detail-oriented, possessing a competitive spirit with strong leadership skills, and willing to be an integral part in helping us execute and achieve our big vision.

As our ideal Captain, you should enjoy the nuances of private aviation, easily handle variety in your work, thrive in fast-paced environments, and manage rapid changes in itineraries with ease. As a business jet Captain, you must demonstrate a great deal of flexibility, mental stamina, and positivity with disruptions and/or shifting priorities as unpredictable, unforeseen circumstances and changes occur.

Able to continuously hold personal egos in check, as our Captain you should have an uncommon level of mental maturity, be an accessible mentor, willing to share your time and expertise, and be committed to helping others develop and hone their skill sets. You are highly knowledgeable (but not all-knowing), demonstrating the curiosity and openness to explore new ideas and concepts to be and get better.

You are attentive to multiple tasks, details, procedures, and specific job requirements, and move quickly to ensure the crew stays focused and committed until the priorities at hand are accomplished. We are searching for someone with experience in removing barriers and excuses to getting better and getting things done.

To be considered for this position, you must meet all FAA and safety requirements and hold a valid ATP and First Class Medical certification. An EMB 145 Type Rating is highly preferred but not required.

A Captain already based within the Dallas/Fort Worth metro area is also highly preferred. But we will include up to $5,000 in moving expenses to relocate, if necessary.

Salary will be based on experience. You will enjoy an outstanding, comprehensive benefits package with fully covered medical, dental, and vision premiums. You must pass a background and drug/alcohol test.
