The position is for a full time, Part 135 (Commuter and On-Demand) Cessna Caravan PIC.
Must meet all FAR 135.243(c) minimums. (1200 TT, 500 XC, 100 Night, 75 Instrument) Cessna Caravan experience preferred and may increase initial hourly compensation. Please do not apply if you do not posses these minimums.
NO SIC positions available, we operate as a single pilot crew. Prior Cessna Caravan experience preferred but not required. Little to no overnights, MUST be very comfortable in ALL weather operations. Year-round, Daily International operations in Cessna Caravans to various destinations in the Bahamas, valid US passport is a MUST. Considerable interaction with passengers, MUST posses exceptional interpersonal skills. Pilot compensation is based on flight time and very comparable. Will be asked to sign a training contract based on an Initial training course at Flight Safety International. Full time employment with benefits included (medical, dental, vision, simple IRA).
VERY IMPORTANT TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE JOB. MUST HAVE FLEXIBLE AVAILABILITY and ability to work weekends and holidays. Must be able to relocate to the South Florida area within 30 days of posting. ALSO IMPORTANT.
