We offer
Fast track upgrade to Captain within a year (depending on the results of performance)
Permanent employment contract from day one
Annual average base salary (includes flying up to 60 BH/month) 66 000 EUR gross, plus productivity pay after the Line Check, calculated from the BH rate of 50 EUR, for work at nights, national holidays, flying over 60 BH a month etc.
Annual paid vacation 20 working days, plus additional 1 day-off for child under age of 14; paternity/ maternity and child care leave according to the Latvian legislation
A220 type rating covered by the company with a 3 year bond agreement

You bring
Minimum of 2750 hours of Commercial Air Transport (CAT) operations on modern aircraft with EFIS, FMA and FMS systems
Minimum of 1500 hours on CS25 (MTOW >5,7t)
Valid EASA Medical Class 1
Valid EU FCL CPL or ATPL license
ICAO English 4 or higher
Clean Criminal Record
Excellent standards in communication
High level of professionalism, self-motivation and commitment to the highest standards of safety and responsibility.
