FIRST OFFICER HIRING REQUIREMENTS 

  • ATP, Restricted ATP, or Commercial Multi-Engine Land Pilot's License 

  • Instrument Rating

  • Current First Class Medical

  • FCC Radio Operator's Permit

  • Eligible to work in the US & travel in/out of the USA freely

  • Current & Valid Passport

  • ATP-CTP Certificate with successful completion of FAA  ATP Written Exam

  • Meet ATP or R-ATP minimums for Total Time and the following:

    • 100 hours night

    • 75 hours instrument

    • 200 hours cross country

    • 25 hours multi-engine

FIRST OFFICER PAY

  • $90.00/flight hour

  • Per Diem: $1.90

  • Minimum Guarantee: 75 hours per month

  • Cancellation Pay: 100%

  • Deadhead Pay: 100%

Second Year Pay Rate

$90.00

Sign-On Bonus

$18,000

Cumulative 2-year Salary

EARLY SENIORITY PROGRAM

Earn up to 6 months of Seniority! New-Hire Military pilots can accrue up to 180 days of seniority prior to training with GoJet Airlines. Complete Day 1 of Indoctrination to reserve your seniority and go on leave for up to 6 months.
