Job Title: Tool Engineer - Controls, Manufacturing, and Production

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Tool Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing tools and equipment for manufacturing and production processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in controls, manufacturing, and production, as well as electrical and mechanical experience, with a focus on machining and industrial equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop tools and equipment for manufacturing and production processes
• Analyze and evaluate manufacturing methods and equipment performance to improve quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness
• Work closely with project teams to gather and document requirements
• Communicate project status and execute plans within time and budget constraints
• Troubleshoot and provide technical support for manufacturing and production issues
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Mechanical or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in tool engineering and design
• Strong background in controls, manufacturing, and production
• Experience with machining and industrial equipment
